The Clarke Courier, 112year-old county seat newspaper in Berryville, has been sold to Arundel Communications.
The move came in a joint announcement by Courier publisher Kenneth Levi and Arthur W. Arundel, president and publisher of the acquiring company which also publishes four other nearby newspapers in Virginia’s Piedmont foothills.
Established in 1869. the weekly Courier is the only newspaper published in Clarke County. Also acquired in this transaction is the Blue
