Services tailored to the needs of mentally retarded children, adults and their families now are available from the Rappahannock Mental Health Clinic.
Tim Breedlove, a specialist in mental retardation who works out of the Warrenton clinic, will be in the county on Thursdays.
A graduate of Concordia College in Fort Wayne, Ind. Breedlove is currently completing studies for his master’s degree in severe multiple handicaps at George Mason University.
Before coming to this area, he worked in a residential program for emotionally disturbed adolescents at the Northern Virginia Training Center.
