An informal seminar on WOMEN AND FICTION will be offered at Royal Oak Bookshop in Front Royal. Beginning Monday, October 5, at 7:30 P.M., the reading and discussion group will meet for two hours on six consecutive Mondays.
Homecoming
Flint Hill United Methodist Church will hold it's annual Homecoming service on Sunday. September 27. withthe Rev. Edward Pruitt from Verona, United Methodist as guest speaker. Mr. Pruitt served the Rappahannock Charge for three years, from 1966 to 1969 and has since served at Matthews and Verona.
The speaker system placed in the church in memory of Mrs. Eva L. Smith will be dedicated at this service. There will be dinner at the fire hall following the service. A hearty welcome is extended to homecomers and friends' alike.
