Troy Allen Robinson o' Washington, Va. operating '73 Chevrolet pulled from a private drive onto Route 642 south of Amissville into the path of an oncoming vehicle. The operator of the other vehicle, a '78 Ford truck, was John David Dove of Rixeyville. According to Baines, Robinson was charged with failing to yield the right of way. The wreck occurred September 20.
