Walter Newton Grimsley Sr., 7h, of Gainesville, died December 12, 1981 at Warren Memorial Hospital. Front Royal. He was a retired farmer.
Surviving are his wife Addie Grimsley; three daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Moore of Orlean. Mrs. Louise Velasquaz. Manassas, and Miss Lana B. Grimsley, Gainesville; a brother, Aubrey Grimsley of Marshall; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted December 14 at Moser Funeral Home by Rev. William F. Burrough. Interment was in Warrenton cemetery.
