Mrs. Frances Tabler has been discharged from Fairfax Hospital and is recuperating at the home of her friend, Ms. Dixie Catron in Arlington. Mrs. R. E. Thompsen and Mrs. Roy L. Reeve visited her last Thursday.

The Rappahannock Girl Scouts Service Unit held a Christmas covered dish dinner Monday night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Holschuh near Castleton.

Dr. and Mrs. Larry Kushner of Gaithersburg, Md. were weekend guests of Mrs. Catherine Brown.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Nethers and Kevin of Chesapeake Bay, Md. and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lillard were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nethers.

Fred W. Schaefer is recovering from heart surgery
