I he program planning committee of the four-county Community Concert Association was held recently in Culpeper and artists selected for the 1982-83 season.

Among the performers are the Empire Brass Quintet, an exciting musical group composed of two trumpets, a French horn, a trombone and a tuba. This popular group will be touring the east coast so it was possible to schedule them here.

Another is the Folk Lorico Dancers, the National Folk Dance Company of Mexico. Composed of' fifty young people, singers and dancers with 200 colorful costumes, and their musical instruments. the group will present a program in rhythm and color. Thirdly is the Bill Snyder Trio of piano, bass and drums which presents an evening of popular and classical" music. Bill Snyder himself is a widely known pianist and composer. Program committee members from Rappahannock at the meeting were Mrs. Paul Frantz of Washington; Mrs. Maurice Herndon of Sperryville; and Mrs. Albert Doub. Amissville.
