In accordance \Vith Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, the Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing in the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia at 10:00 o'clock AM., Wednesday, January 6, 1982 to consider the following ordinance:
Be it Ordained, by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia that the dog fund of Rappahannock County, Virginia and the requirement of Virginia Code Section 29-213.31 that the treasurer of Rappahannock County keep all money collected by her in a separate account from all other funds colfected by her be. and same hereby is, abolished.
