“I would readily acknowledge in fairness to Centel that the service problems currently experienced in Rappahannock County are not as serious as they were approximately two years ago; however, the serious problems do persist." the commonwealth’s attorney said.
He noted that Centel has instituted circle calling and tele-plan options as well as other efforts to improve the quality of service.
