Waver Wilson Kennedy. 73. of Slate Mills died Saturday. December 12, 1981 at Libbie Convalescent Center in Richmond.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at Geest - Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper by the Rev. Harold Eaton. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.
A retired farmer and Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation foreman, he was a native of Madison County, the son of the late Littleton Fellow and Mollie Catherine Fincham Kennedy. He was a member of Slate Mills Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife. Mrs. Eliza Goldie Kennedy; two sons. Robert Kennedy of Lynchburg and Charles Kennedy of Fairfax; two daughters. Mrs. Jean Minnis of Boston and Mrs. Betty Coates of Culpeper; five grandchildren; and two sisters. Mrs. Lucy Jenkins of Brandy Station and Mrs. Gladys Sisk of Sperryville.
