The families of the late Ernest and Neva Nicholson Dodson held their annual Christmas gathering at the home of Mrs. Nellie Nicholson in Stephens City. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Acrey Dodson, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Dodson, Mrs. Mattie Hackley, Bertie Hackley, Doris Hackley, all from the Viewtown area, Robert Dodson of Bealeton, Mae Settle of Rixeyville, Mrs. Floreup Smith and Miss Juanita Smith, both of Arlington.
Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Smith entertained family and friends at their home for a holiday gathering. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Ellis H. Smith and family and Mrs. Roberta Woodward, all of Warrenton, Mr. and Mrs. James Stringfellow and Deanna, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Coffey, Patricia, Harlen and Heather, Andy Settle and Randolph Cooke.
