Francis Bruce

Francis Marion Bruce, 85, of Woodville, died Monday, January 2, 1984, at Culpeper Health Care Center.
A native of Rappahannock County, he was the son of the late Marcus William and Inez Heaton Bruce. His wife was the late Mary Helen Brown Bruce.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Elma Osborne of Broad Run and Miss Mary Helen Bruce of Richmond; a son, Francis M. Bruce, Jr. of Alexandria; six grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Chloe Brown of Woodville.
Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper by the Rev. Kirby Shenk. Burial was in the Sperryville Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Mark Osborne, Bruce Smith, Wayne Brown, Bobby Brown, Billy Bruce, Larry Brown and Tim Brown.
