Aerobic Classes To Begin

Rappahannock Aerobic Dance will begin a new eight week session on January 9. This class is a series of exercise routines set to music that are designed to firm up muscles, strengthen the lower back, increase coordination and improve the efficiency of heart and lungs. The classes fulfill the criteria set by the American Heart Association for a cardiovascular wopkout that, if done three times a week, will lower the incidence of heart attacks.

Men and women, young or old, beginners or athletes are all welcomed to join. Classes are offered 5 days a week at different times. See the ad in this weeks paper or call Rose Ann Sharp at 675-3887 for details. /
