Evaluation factors will include but not be limited to. professional competence, qualifications, performance data and estimated protect costs Offerors shall be licensed members of and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar and should have experience in the practice o* condemnation law real estate law and civil litigation
An offeror may withdraw a bid submitted in good faith, because of a clerical error discovered therein, oy givmg notice in writing to the Authority within two (2) days of the opening of proposals
The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept any proposal which it may deem to be in its best interest, and to wa*ve aov mfprrnakties in Proposals The Authority further reserves the 'right to procure the above described services through competitive negotiation as specified in Section 11-41 of the Code of Virginia, 1950. as amended
