NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia as amended, the Rappahannock County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors will hold a joint public hearing on Thursday, August 23,1984, at 7:30 o’clock P.M. in the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia, to consider amendments to Article 2, Section 1-1 and 5-2 and Article 5, Section 1-1 of the 1973 Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
The aforesaid amendmendts are available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. All persons affected by the aforesaid amendment may appear at this hearing to present their views. This notice should be construed as a notice of intention to adopt the aforesaid amendment.
This notice is being published in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia for two (2) successive weeks as required by the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
