There ire some pretty important tests which must be met under the current ordinance before a special ex:eption permit may be granted for a andfill),” he said.
Specifically, he cited findings which must be made regarding no impairment of neighboring property values or surface and groundwater quality. “It would be a great mistake to overlook those or not deal with diem in a formal way.”
