The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground of having lived separate and apart for a period of more than one year.
It appearing from an affidavit that the above named Defendant is not a resident of the State of Virginia and that his last Known post office address was 4379 Grace Avenue, Bronx, New York 10466, it is ORDERED that the Defendant, Joseph Louis Colbert, appear before this Court on or before the 28th day of August, 1987, which is no sooner than fifty (50) days after the entry of this order of Publication, to defend and protect his interests herein.
