Amid the splash and sparkle of July Fourth it was again the hallmark of perfection that drew some 260 guests to the Ruritan barbecue at the Amissville fire house. Lively greetings of "I’m sure glad to see you,” animated the crowd as old friends and acquaintances tablehopped between bites of pit-cooked prime sirloin beef and homemade desserts.
