County who returned for the day included David and Lorene Clatterbuck, Larry and Mickey Green and their children Eric and Sally, as well as Lee Cornell, Emma Cornell Dwyer and Annie Dwyer.
Daniel and Sally Dwyer Keyser of Winchester came to renew old friendships.
Fauquier County was represented by Robert Frazier of Aldie, Eleanor Frazier Grigsby of Delaplane, Mildren Bowen Frazier, Mabel Bowen McClanahan, and Alvin and Virgie Kirby, all of Warrenton and Dorothy Johnson Rector of Marshall.
There were a number of Rappahannock residents who, though they no longer live in the hollow, returned to eiyoy the camaraderie with their former neighbors. They included Edna Bowen Canard of Amissville and Jerrel Dwyer and family of Woodville.
From Sperryville, and from Old Hollow, were Ida Dwyer Cornell, Frank Atkins, Nellie and Ethel Tyner, Sam and Connie Dwyer, Gary Dwyer, Ruby Dwyer and Clyde (Mutt) Atkins.
Plans are already underway for the 21st annual reunion to be held again next year, “same time, same place.”
