The Virginia Department of Transportation announced that. the Red Cross is scheduling a special Bloodmobile visit to Warrenton on Tuesday, July 14, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will be held at the Warrenton Rescue Squad building, located next to Fauquier Hospital.
The purpose of the drive is to help replace blood used in treating Ronald L. Pullen, a Sperryville resident and highway department employee) seriously injured in a construction accident in Fauquier County list month. Mr. Pullen was trapped underneath the wheels of an asphalt truck which backed over him as he was inspecting a paving operation.
