The fall months have been busy for the Rappahannock County Library, with a new director, new volunteers and a new building on the drawing board.
Plans for the new library are going well, and contributions for the proposed facility are encouraging. People throughout the county are responding to the Friends’ appeal for funds, helping to close the gap left when grant money was awarded to other counties.
