Forty-three people took advantage
of Rappahannock Library’s first theater bus trip Nov. 13, to see “Amadeus.” The trip was arranged by Truman Keesey of the library’s program board and Mrs. James P. Jamieson, library program chairman. The turnout for the event was near capacity; the bus chartered was limited to 45 people.
Rappahannock County High School eighth-grader Donna Foster was recently named a United States National Award winner for 1984, according to a press release issued by the United States Achievement Academy. The Academy lists Miss Foster as an outstanding achiever in the area of physical education. Miss Foster was nominated for the honor by Miss Teresa McLawhom, physical education teacher.
