Wakefield Country Day
School in Huntly will hold its first Holly Ball, 9 p.m.-l a.m., Saturday, Dec. 8, in the school auditorium. This event, which will open the holiday season for many Wakefield patrons and friends, will feature Tim Eyermann and East Coast Offering, one of Washington’s top ensembles.
I.W. Leggett Jr. of Castleton has been elected to membership in the American Angus Association. He joins some 38,000 active life and junior members in the largest beef-cattle registry association in the world.
