The Rappahannock County School Board will receive sealed bids for auditing School Activities Funds on or before February 11,1991. The following specifications should be met in ail bids. 1. The audit is to encompass the recorded Cash transactions of the activities funds for Rappahannock County High School and Rappahannock County Elementary School for the school year 1990-1991. (Approximate number of activities funds: Rappahannock County High School • 43, Rappahannock County Elementary School -13). 2. Internal accounting procedures must be maintained in accordance with standards established by the State Board of Education.
3. Audit of activities funds and submission of the report should be accomplished by August 15, 1991. 4. Fee proposal should cover three school years and should be broken down to an annual fee. Bids should be submitted to:
