After the lunch a tour of the hotel was conducted by Lynn Orlowski, Director of Food and Beverage and Chef McNeil. The Inn’s chefs were particularly fascinated with the hotel’s $40,000 custom-designed smoker and the vacuum sealing (sous vide) machinery.
As part of The Inn at Little Washington’s culinary exchange program, this week Jeff Waite of Washington, VA will be training in the kitchen of Restaurant Phillipe Million in Charleston, S.C., a fellow member of The Relais & Chateaux Association.
