Sperryyille, was indicted on one count of making a false statement under oath. Hogan is accused, according to the complaint, of falsifying information about his criminal record on an application to purchase a firearm. The false statement was allegedly made last July, when he attempted to purchase a gun at Wolf Mountain Traders in Washington, according to the affadavit.
Hogan remains in custody in lieu of $1,000 bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for March 11.
Jeffrey Francis Berry, 31, of Reston, was indicted on one felony charge of theft of a bank credit card. The incident was connected to a domestic dispute, according to an affadavit filed with the indictment. Berry remains free on bond pending a court appearance on April 4.
