A Rappahannock County Circuit Court grand jury indicted three men on felony charges during January’s term day.
James Preston "Dickie” Walters, of Huntly, was indicted on four felony charges of breaking and entering and grand larceny in connection with two burglaries in the Flint Hill area late last year.
According to the indictments, Walters is accused of committing two burglaries, one at the home of Mark Baker arid another at the home of Rene Bodden/ Graham Dunn and Jerry Schrepple. He allegedly stole two chainsaws, one from each home, which led to the two grand larceny indictments.
Walters was denied bond and re^ mains in custody in the county jail.
