'The Seasons' tn Front Royal
The Front Royal Oratorio Society presents Haydn's “The Seasons" for its annual spring concert, 7:30 p.m. Sunday, April 26 in the sanctuary of the Front Royal Presbyterian Church.
The choir will be conducted by Ronald Johnston and will features three guest soloists from Baltimore and instrumentalists from around Front Royal.
Soloists include Jan Trammell-Savin, John McLucas, and Eric Walters Van Dervort.
The choir will be accompanied by Douglas E. Russell on the organ. He is currently the director of the Ajiple Capital Chorus in Winchester. Beth Benedetto, a member of the Valley Chamber Singers, will play the harpsichord, Robert Kennan will be on the French horn and Jeff Armor the tympani. Beverly Clark, the accompanist for the Front Royal Oratorio Society, will play piano.
