Elmer Bailey
Elmer Lee Bailey, 77, of Rixeyville, died Thursday, April 16 at the Warrenton Overlook Care Center.
Mr. Bailey was bom in Rappahannock County, the son of Waverly and Lottie Frazier Bailey.
He is survived by two sons, Edward Lee Bailey of Culpeper and Elmer Bailey Jr. of Richmond; two step-sons, Charles Bailey of Culpeper and Thomas Bailey of Remington; two step-daughters, Helen Wolfe of Glen Bumie, Md. and Anna Wickline of Culpeper; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Bailey.
Funeral services were held Sunday, April 19 at Found & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tim Atkins officiating. Interment was in Washington Masonic Cemetery.
