The Washington Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on revisions to the town’s zoning ordinance on Monday, March 22, at 7:30 p.m. at the courthouse.
The planners have been reviewing the current zoning ordinance for months and asked County Administrator John McCarthy to review the document as well.
001 Louise Van Dort, chairman of the planning commission, praised Mr. McCarthy earlier this week for his work. “He really helped clean up the language and make it more concise," she said.
