Ernest Johnson

Ernest Elwood Johnson, 79, of Sperryville died Tuesday, June 22 at the home of his niece Barbara H. Jamieson of Sperryville.

The funeral will be conducted at a later date in Tampa, Fla.

Mr. Johnson was bom April 22, 1914, in Baton Rouge, La., the son of the late Ernest Huby and Ketherine Holland Johnson.

He was retired from the U.S. Air Force and was the husband of the late Teresa Mildred Johnson.

Survivors include another niece Patti Rohr of Clifton, Va.; one sister Elaine Harper of Charleston, W. Va. and one brother Edward Sterling Johnson of Anaheim, Ca.

Local arrangements are being handled by the Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal.

Mr. Harry Luther Love, 86, of Sperryville died Sunday, June 27 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Love was born in Maryland on April 28, 1907 son of the late Henry and Ameli^Love.

He was retired from the furniture business.

Mr. Love is survived by his wife Frances Margaret Love of Sperryville; two sons, Warren H. Love of Salinas, Ca., Duane P. Love of Vienna; two sisters Mrs. Manetta Burgess of Baltimore, Md. and Mrs. Virgie Hardy of Baltimore, Md.; four grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 1 at Clore Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jennings Hf bson officiating.

Interment will be private.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper.

George Parker

George Franklin Parker, 75, of Amissville died Sunday, June 27 at his home.

He was born December 18, 1917 in Culpeper County to the late Harry Lewis Parker and Ella Partlow Parker.

Mr. Parker is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mrs. Nina Virginia
