Parker; one daughter, Gwendolyn Ann Parker and two sons, Ronald Lynn Parker and Elmer Franklin Parker, all of Amissville.
He is also survived by three sisters, Virginia P. Rowland, Mary P. Deal, both of Culpeper, and Elsie P. Hawkins of Arlington.
Additional surviviors include one granddaughter April Dawn Parker of Amissville.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 30 at 2 p.m. at Found & Sons Chapel with the Rev. John K. Burke officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Masonic Cemetery.
Pallbearers named are Allie Huff, Roy Knighting, Edward Marcey, Richard Compton, W.G. Eastham Sr. and Warren Settle.

Dorothy Mae Dodson Mozingo, 61, of Robinsonville, N.C. died June 27 in Williamston, N.C..
She was born in Robinsonville, N.C. on June 1,1932.
She was a housewife.
Survivors include one daughter Reana McMillion of Robinsonville, N.C.; three sons Tony Dodson of Rixeyville, Jimmy Dodson of Spotsylvania, and Billy Dodson of Warrenton.
Also surviving are three brothers David Stalls of Robinsonville, N.C., Ronald Stalls of Warrenton and Rudolph Stalls of Greenville, N.C. and six sisters Chris Freeland of Richmond, Betty Caudill of Culpeper, Elaine Phelps of Chocowin-, ity, N.C., Peggy Lewis of Illinois, Mildred Haislip of Robinsonville, N.C. and Ruby Thompson of Robinsonville, N.C.
