Dr. Gangel reported that sum-** mer maintenance projects are on* schedule and that the J.T. Morgan^ Co. is expected to complete roof repairs at the elementary school this£ week. He said, however, that maintenance of the high school heatingplant had revealed that two valves!! are leaking. He said that replacing^ them would cost up to $10,000 and*; that there is no money in the budget * for this. He said he would continue - to monitor the leaks, but he believes;! replacing the valves can wait until^ the next budget year. Board Chair-* man Beverly Massie urged Dr.Gangel to consider replacing thevalves this year if the budget will al-|! low it.
