PURSUANT to Section 12.1- 10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 8,1993, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications):
SPECIAL EXCEPTION #93-07-01 - Eugene and Thelma Lyman, Box 272, Washington, VA 22747, contract purchasers of property owned by Louise E. Miller, Rt. 2, Box 413, Orange, VA 22960. Tax Map 27, Parcel 24, desire to create a buildable lot of less than twentyfive (25) acres from a parent tract of approximately 336.73 acres, the balance of which is under scenic easement to. the Virginia Outdoors Foundation; located in Hampton District, property is zoned “A" Agricultural and “C" Conservation. Application allowed under Section 3, Article 3.4-2(b)
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to, the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, August 18, 1993, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1- 9, if any.
