Many thanks are expressed to everyone who assisted in the reduction of camp tuitions. OverN $4,000 was raised in only six weeks, due to the hard work of another championship team of parents, friends and fans. The team had a terrific lineup of its own featuring charter members: Huey Atkins, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Atkins, Mr. and Mrs. Julian Brown (raffle and food sales), Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Settle, Jack Atkins (auction) and Nancy Atkins (car wash). Many others assisted in food sales and donations: thanks to you also.
Many area merchants participated in our fundraisers but three businesses extended an ext fa hand: Sperryvile Exxon, Parkway Gift Shop and Bill Payne Auction.
Finally 1 would like to thank the campers for their hardwork in the fundraisers and on the courts. I hope that everyone will enjoy the summer that remains.
