PURSUANT to Section 12.1- 10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 8,1993, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications):
SPECIAL EXCEPTION # 93-08-01 Michele Susskind Bocharnikov, 205 Yoakum Pkway. # 626, Alexandria. VA 22304, desires to obtain a Special Exception to the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance in order to subdivide more than three (3) parcels from a tract of land, since 1973. Tax Map 40, Parcel 52C, property is located on Rt. 626 in Stonewall-Hawthome Magisterial District and is zoned “A" Agricultural and "C" Conservation. Allowed under Section 3, Article 3.3-1 (J), Zoning Ordinance, Rappahannock County. -
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, August 18, 1993, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1- 9, if any.
