To the Editor:
Turning off Route 211 into my driveway at dark last week, I stopped in disbelief. Somebody had lit up the top of Jenkins Mountain. It looked like the Washington Capitals were having a home game. While disbelief turned into anger, I realized that one more “Neighbor” had moved in, sending his message loud and clear to the people of Rappahannock, “I am here, do you see me, I am ‘Lighthouse Number 33’ on the Mountaintops of Rappahannock County!”
I have been watching this development for some time w'ith disgust. Wherever you look one of these
