Mr. Reston’s principal topic is Galileo Galilei, the subject of his latest book. During the last six months, he has been at work on a Galileo film for PBS which, funding provided, will be screened later this year.
The April program on “Invasive Alien Plants,” featuring naturalist Theodore Scott of Orange, was also rescheduled from January to April 7 owing to a freezing storm. Mr. Scott’s lecture will be illustrated with beautiful slides.
All programs begin at 8 p.m. at the Library and include questions from the audience and refreshments.
