He is also survived by three sisters, Elizabeth B. Sisk and Mildred K. Rider, both of Oak Springs in Warrenton and Robbie K. Wells of Alexandria; one brother, Charlie D. Kilby of Calverton; many nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
He was the husband of the late Nellie Kerns Kilby and Florence Ennis Kilby.
He is also predeceased by one sister, Lucille K Hudson and three brothers, William S. Kilby, Richard M. Kilby and Luther M. Kilby.
Mr. Kilby was a carpenter most of his life, having been employed by Nelson Construction Company and Yurgaitis Construction Company after serving two years in the U.S. Army during W'orld W'ar II.
Funeral services were conducted March 17 at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton with the Rev Isaac Block officiating.
Interment was in the National Cemetery in Culpeper.

Mr. Walker Booton Nichols. 77, of Culpeper died on W'ednesday, March 15 at Meadowbrook Nursing Home in Reva.
He was born in Rappahannock County on Aug. 8, 1917.
