Pursuant to a decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, made and entered on the 2nd day of March, 1995, in the partition suit brought by Henry Warner Reager, et al against Anna Stump Kirth, and others, Chancery Cause #3530, I will on Friday, the 31st day of March, 1995, at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on that day, offer for sale to the highest bidder, the real estate described as Tract #1 containing 5 Acres, together with a right of way thirty feet in width, with all improvements situated thereon and all privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, which properEis

described by the records in the above styled Chancery suit and by plat and survey of Larry C. Himelright, dated June 1, 1993, and filed with the Commissioner’s Report in the above styled Chancery suit.

Terms of sale: A bidder's deposit of $2,000.00, said deposit being due and payable on the date of sale in cash or equivalent funds with the balance of said purchase price being due and payable, in full, thirty (30) days from the date of sale. THE SALE IS SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF AND CONFIRMATION BY THE CIRCUIT COURT OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA.
