the 1,000 home sub-division planned for Boston (which borders Rappahannock)? Or if, the folks in Warrenton are concerned about both an extravagantly large K-Mart and a Walmart occupying space in their town? How about the new concert arena (second largest on the East Coast behind RFK Stadium) opening in Manassas/Gainesville in May? Or is everyone just accepting the “inevitable traffic and growth” story?
Rappahannock looks mighty profitable to developers, but we don't have to be “Manassased," we can say “NO" just like did with Disney.
1 suggest that we hold a public meeting to discuss the roads issue and other environmental concerns now, so that we can continue to preserve this beautiful countryside, we so proudly call “Rappahannock.”.
