Bulletins Revenue Office Commissioner of Revenue Beverly Atkins announced that applications for tax relief for the low-income elderly and disabled are due by June 30. Also through May 1 office hours will be extended, and the office will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. State income tax returns and personal property tax forms are due by May 1. Auto Decals Automobile decals are now on sale at Treasurer Frances Foster’s office and must be displayed by April 15. Office hours are 8:30 to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
