Earth Day Food

CCLC 4-H “Joy Luck” Club
At the February meeting, we voted to sell food at the Earth Day Celebration at Ben Venue Farms to raise money for a scholarship for 4-H activities.
At our March meeting Helen Smith, Rappahannock County Extension Agent, provided a Nutrition Project. We enjoyed the project of the “Incredible Edible Egg.” We learned about the good nutrition offered from eggs, and we each had the opportunity to make wonderful omelets.
