During the meeting with the supervisors School Board Chairman John Tole said of all the institutions he has been associated with the Rappahannock County schools are making the greatest effort to improve “with relatively meager resources..! think the commitment to quality here is higher than I’ve seen in other institutions.”
He noted that the school system had received a significant increase in the state budget so that cuts in state aid are much less than was expected, but said the solution is only temporary. “Next year we’ll have the problem back again.”
