She was bom oh Sept. 2, 1922, in Rappahannock County to the late Silas Frazier and Pearl Sisk Frazier.
Mrs. Cubbage was a member of Black Oak Regular Baptist Church since 1933, served as church clerk for 28 years and enjoyed singing in the choir.
She also enjoyed gardening, cooking and entertaining friends.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Owen Q. Cubbage of Castleton; three daughters, Barbara Tharp of Culpeper, Joan Embrey of Bealeton and Kay Boutchyard of Rhoadesville; four sons, Jerry Cubbage, Terry Cubbage, Ronnie Cubbage and Larry Cubbage, all of Culpeper.
