Middle Street Gallery is proud to announce its presentation for April, “Natural Fairfax County,” an exhibition of black and white photographs by gallery member Bruce Blundell.
Mr. Blundell's awareness of the rapid growth and urbanization of Fairfax County resulted in this series of photographs. In spite of the rising tide of malls, highways and townhouses, much woodland and wetland remains undeveloped. These photographs document the meeting of land and water in “pocket landscapes” which serve as a tranquil counterpoint to the swift pace of life in Fairfax County.
