Charles Burrough
Charles Doris Burrough, 74, of Amissville died on Friday, March 15 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
He was bom in Crockett County, Tenn. on Oct. 28, 1921, the son of Kenneth and Kathleen Burrough.
He was a welder for the Virginia Department of Transportation and a World War II Veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn E. Burrough of Amissville; two daughters, Gloria Clatterbuck of Amissville and Doris Breeden of Culpeper.
He is also survived by two brothers, Royce Burrough of Brownsville, Tenn., and Bobby Burrough of 1 umberton, N.C.; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Hazel Frazier.
Funeral services were held Sunday, March 17 at Amissville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Nancy B. White officiating.
Interment was in the church cemetery.
