Mrs. Dorothy Walker Scott of Arlington died Friday, June 21 at her residence.
Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church in Washington on Wednesday, June 26 with Rev. John Pendleton officiating. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery.
Geest Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
Lucy Hodgson
Lucy Ellen Weaver Hodgson, 90, of Amissville, died on June 26 at her home.
She was born in Rappahannock County, on Oct. 19, 1905, a daughter of the late Mack Carter and Annie Elizabeth Hitt Weaver.
Her family moved soon after her birth to Culpeper County where she resided the rest of her life.
She was a member of the Warrenton Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
