Attention customers

of Potomac Edison

During the next few weeks, Potomac Edison will be joining its sister companies in the transition to a new company, Allegheny Power. We are redesigning the way we deliver service to our customers so we can keep rates low and continue to offer efficient, reliable electric service.

As part of our redesign, we will be closing a number of regional business offices and opening a new, centralized Customer Service Center to process all customer inquiries, including bill payments, new service applications, credit arrangements and other transactions. While our regional offices will be closed to walk-in customers, construction crews, linemen, meter readers and other key personnel will remain at those locations to provide the same high level of service you have come to expect from us.

In addition, we will be offering several convenient options to make it easy for our customers to pay their bills.
