PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, • as amended, notice is hereby' given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 25, 1996 at seventhirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia in order to consider the following applications:

Mr. Tim Tedrick, Delmarva Contracting, P.O. Box 10395, Alexandria, Virginia 22310, contract purchaser of Tax Map 32, Parcel 66-Lot 1C, containing five (5) acres and located on RT. 645, near RT. 211 Amissville, VA, desires to construct a new Postal Facility. Parcel is zoned “RR” Rural Residential in Jackson Magisterial District. Use allowed under Section 170-36 (C) of the Rappahannock County Code.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 1996 at seven-thirty in the evening at Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, c/o P.O.
